The Georgian House
is part of the former manor of Eastbridge that dates back to the mid 17th
Century. It is set amongst the farm and pasture where rare breeds of cattle
and sheep are raised. The whitewashed house is just visible behind trees
some 200 yards from the village road leadinginto Crondall from the North.
The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Guests are welcome in all
the reception rooms which include the panelled drawing room and dining
room. The twin bedded rooms have en suite bath and showers.
John and Diana have been offering this exclusive accommodation to their
guests for the past fifteen years. The combination of pleasant surroundings,
delightful atmosphere and a good selection of local pubs to wine and dine
appeals to business managers during the week as well as to those who wish
to spend a weekend away.
The Georgian House is close to the A3, the M3 and main routes between
Heathrow, Gatwick and the Southwest. London is 40 minutes by train.
Directions:
From Junction 5 of M3 take A287 in direction of Farnham. After 3 miles,
just past the Murco petrol station on the left, turn right towards Crondall.
Take second right (signed Crondall). The driveway is 300 yards on the
left, just before the traffic 'pinch point' leading into the village.
